About author

Hi there. My name is Vladimir Kishlaly, I’m a software developer with a deep understanding of object-oriented and functional programming, extreme programming practices, and software design that doesn’t scream years later. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with Java and JVM-based languages, and I have a strong interest in service-oriented architectures, SaaS platforms, high-load distributed systems, and the kind of financial software that makes traders (and servers) sweat—think forex, stock markets, and brokerage systems.

If the need arises, I can code in anything from C to R. But let’s be honest—I’m happiest writing robust, scalable server-side code where the real action happens 🤘

This blog is where I share thoughts, lessons, and occasional rants from two decades in the field. If you’re into clean code, solid design, and war stories from the backend, you’re in the right place.
